• Over 35 years of industrial and commercial experience, licensed engineers (PEs) and experienced Project Manager; the largest project was a $40,000,000 expansion.
• Have provided Construction Management for Overaa Construction on 4 schools ($8 million each), two libraries ($17 million each), and a BART parking structure ($34 million) for a total contract value of $100 million.
• Experienced at construction safety monitoring for OSHA violations and potential unsafe practices. As Safety Officer for an industrial facility, conducted OSHA inspections, identified and corrected over 144 potential unsafe practices.
• Proven ability to oversee construction crew to minimize any environmental health and safety (EH&S) liability.
• Have written site health and safety plans and IIPP’s, conducted tailgate safety meetings, and coordinated onsite construction safety.
• Conduct safety training for all contractors working in Bay Area chemical plants/refineries.
• Conducted accident investigations at industrial facilities.
• As an independent company, we hold the insurance required to work onsite.
